Dr. Julie Kelly
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Julie Kelly joined us part time in January 2024 after being a regular relief veterinarian for us throughout 2023. We love her sunny personality and passion about her patients: she still spends a great deal of her time working in shelter medicine to help improve patient welfare and medical care.
Dr. Julie earned an MS in Human Clinical Nutrition from Rush University and was an undergrad at the University of Illinois. She lived in Chicago for almost 20 years before moving to Michigan and obtaining her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Michigan State University in 2014.
In her spare time, Dr. Julie enjoys spending time with her husband and their brood of dogs and crazy cats. She enjoys music and film, riding her bike and brunch!
