Brook Allen

Brook graduated from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2025 with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. Brook has enjoyed working at MiVet as a Veterinary Assistant since before she started vet school, joining us regularly during her vacations and always been a knowledgable and passionate member of the team. Brook has particular interests in preventative medicine, soft tissue surgery, diagnostic imaging, and business management. She loves to learn and is eager to do her absolute best for her patients, clients, and colleagues.

Brooks' recent education has equipped her with the latest knowledge in veterinary medicine including therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, surgical techniques, and updated training on equipment usage such as ultrasonography.

She is currently working with us in a hybrid role, performing consultations under the direction of the other veterinarians and supporting our nursing teams with advanced patient triage, urgent care stabilization and surgical assisting, pending her full licensure.
